- Location data: approximate or precise location when you share an address or, for drivers, while on an active dispatch.
- Device data: device model, OS version, language, push-notification token, and crash diagnostics.
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps to improve reliability and security.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
- To match orders with nearby supermarkets and drivers and to deliver them.
- To send transactional notifications (order status, OTP codes, receipts).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with the supermarket fulfilling your order, with the driver delivering it, with payment processors to charge your card, and with service providers such as cloud hosting, SMS, and push-notification vendors. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as required by law (typically up to 7 years for financial records). You may request account deletion at any time; residual logs may be retained for security or legal purposes.
